By paying a deposit, making a booking, returning or completing a booking form, or proceeding, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions:
By continuing to use PhotosBooths, you agree to the terms and conditions. The use of “www.PhotosBooths.co.uk”, “PhotosBooths”, “us”, “we” or “our” refers to the owner of the website. The use of “user”, “client” or “you” refers to the viewer of the website.
Content found on PhotosBooths is for general information and is subject to change. We do not provide any warranty to the accuracy or completeness of any information found on our site, or produced by PhotosBooths or our partners. You accept content may contain errors, and we exclude liability for such inaccuracies.
Reproduction of any part of this site is prohibited under copyright. Unauthorised use of PhotosBooths may give rise to a claim for damages or be a criminal offence.
Links to third party websites are for your convenience, and do not mean that we endorse the product, service or website. We have no control over third party website content, and you visit external links at your own risk.
PhotosBooths will provide an active photo booth for a minimum of 80% of your hire period. Active use may temporarily cease for operational and maintenance purposes, such as changing printer media.
In most circumstances, we will request a deposit of £100 at the time of booking. Bookings may not be confirmed until this is received. This is a non-refundable deposit. If you make a deposit payment after we are already fully booked, we will not be able to accept your booking and your deposit will be refunded.
Full payment of the remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event, unless otherwise agreed. You agree that late payments may incur further fees.
If further active photo booth hours are required on the day, the rate will be £40 per additional hour, rounded to 30-minute intervals.
The organiser must provide appropriate space for the photo booth to be set up and operate. This will require an area measuring at least 2.5m wide x 2.5m deep x 2.3m high. Mains power should also be within 4m of the booth, unless otherwise agreed.
We will arrive at the venue approximately 1 hour prior to your scheduled start time. Access to the setup area will be required to ensure the booth will be set up on schedule.
The booth should be set up away from direct sunlight, and in an area that is protected from wind and rain. The working range of the equipment is 10-26 degrees Celsius.
If additional requests, such as prop requests, are made, these should be included within the booking form, using the additional information section. A default photo booth and service will be provided, unless requests are noted on the booking form.
Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event will forfeit any deposit (or be required to pay £100 if no deposit has been paid), but will not have to pay the remaining balance. If a booking is cancelled within 90 days of the event, the full balance is due. Cancellations must be made in writing.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking, you will be refunded all balances paid for the booking. We will not be liable for compensation or damages beyond your refund.
You accept all liability for damage to photo booths, equipment and associated products as a result of misuse or irresponsible behaviour.
You agree to and understand:
- You will indemnify PhotosBooths, its staff and associated persons against any and all liability related to your event as a result of misuse or irresponsible behaviour.
- You will indemnify PhotosBooths, its staff and associated persons against any liability associated with the use of images taken within the photo booth, whether they be for publication or other media.
- Props, green-screen, backdrops and other additions on top of the basic photo booth are provided for free, and if not available or functioning, PhotosBooths is not liable for any refunds or held accountable.
- If images are lost or become corrupted, compensation of up to a combined maximum of £40 may be provided.
When required, we may use one of our partner companies to conduct the photo booth hire. Our trusted partner companies have been trained to the same standards, use the same equipment, and provide the same level of service. In these circumstances, we will act as the booking agent and not the photo booth provider.
